Outdoor Photography - Outdoor Photography, Health and Wellbeing

The latest edition of Outdoor Photography (Edition 297) includes an article I was commissioned to write on Outdoor photography, health and wellbeing. With the permission of the magazine's editor, Mark Bentley, I have reporduced a copy of this article.

Over the years, I have been fortunate to have had many articles on photography published. But for me, this is one of the most important I have written. Put simply, the fitter and healthier we are, the better quality of life we will have and the more enjoyment and reward we will get from our outdoor photography. In return, by getting our any enjoying our photography, this will improve our health and wellbeing.

The article is illustrated with images from my trip earlier this year to Svalbard.
